Nicky Ryngaert

Nicky Ryngaert is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in service delivery and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager Operations and IT Infrastructure Manager at DELA Belgium since June 2019, Nicky previously worked at Eternit Belgium as IT Manager for the Shared Service Center and held roles in Etex Services NV and BNP Paribas Fortis Factor NV/SA, where responsibilities included project leadership, security management, and business continuity. Nicky began a career as a System & Network Administrator at MGG Antwerp, focusing on network infrastructure and user support. Nicky holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT Specialization Network Management from CVO and a background in Electromechanical Engineering from SITO, complemented by a Prince2 course certification.
