Srikanth Chintada

Srikanth Chintada's work experience begins in 2014 at KMM Technologies, Inc. where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and placing personnel in IT positions throughout the United States.

In 2016, Srikanth joined Delasoft Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Their responsibilities included full cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates from various channels, and coordinating the interview process.

In 2020, Srikanth was promoted to the position of Senior Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at Delasoft Inc. In this role, they led and developed a team to meet recruitment goals and maintained a collaborative environment. Srikanth also utilized job boards and online platforms for sourcing candidates.

Srikanth Chintada completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Sanketika Vidya Parishad Engineering College in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Andhra University where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree. Srikanth also completed their intermediate studies in Computer Science from Narayana junior college. Srikanth Chintada started their education at Viswateja School, where they completed their S.S.C. degree.
