Elizabeth Wood

Elizabeth Wood is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in higher education institutions. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications at Delaware County Community College since December 2021, Elizabeth has developed and managed comprehensive College-wide marketing initiatives, monitored web analytics, and overseen social media channels. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held various positions at Villanova University, where responsibilities included ensuring effective communication during departmental transitions and managing numerous high-profile projects. Elizabeth's earlier career included roles at Temple University, Pearson, Microsoft, and several freelance positions, contributing to a well-rounded background in marketing, project management, and design. Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University, among other educational qualifications.
