Allison Milby

Allison Milby is an experienced education researcher and policy analyst currently serving as a Policy Researcher at the Delaware Department of Education and a Fellow at the Harvard Strategic Data Project. Previously, Milby worked as a Consultant in education measurement design and analytics at Bank Street College of Education and spent five years at SRI International managing research projects aimed at improving access to quality education for underrepresented students. Milby has also held various roles at Bank Street College and the NYC Department of Education, contributing to data reporting, analytics, and support for pre-K staffing. Milby holds a Master of Arts in Education Policy from Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Rutgers University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Camden County College.
