Anuj Kumar

Anuj Kumar, PhD, PMP, is an accomplished Environmental Program Manager with extensive experience in environmental chemistry and project management. Currently serving at the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control since April 2022, Anuj oversees three programs within the Waste & Hazardous Substance Division, focusing on emergency planning, accidental release prevention, and boiler safety. Prior roles include membership in the Mobile Source Technical Review Subcommittee at the US EPA, staff scientist at Air Liquide, and group manager at New Mexico State University overseeing environmental monitoring projects. Anuj's educational background includes a PhD in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague, a Master's Degree in Environmental Sciences from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
