Kristyn Small

Kristyn Small is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles within both public and private sectors. Currently, Kristyn serves as a Marketing Consultant for Dockshare while also holding multiple positions at the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control since November 2021, including Marketing Consultant, Marketing Manager, and Digital Marketing Specialist. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Administrative Group Leader and Recruiting Administrative Specialist at Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions, Marketing Specialist, and Naturalist at the County of Lancaster, and Operations Lead and Communications & Site Host Coordinator at Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative. Kristyn began a career in marketing and environmental communication as a Social Media Marketing Specialist and Environmental Interpreter at the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control from 2015 to 2017. Kristyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
