Shree Patel

Shree Patel is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and technical support. Currently serving as Systems Engineering Lead Analyst at the Delaware Department of Technology and Information since June 2016, responsibilities include providing comprehensive technical support to customers and resolving issues related to various technologies. Recognized for exceptional customer service, Shree has also held roles such as Systems Administration Analyst and Service Support Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Desktop Support technician at Caesar Rodney School District, where effective set-up and maintenance of technical equipment was provided.
