R. Scott Johnson, PE, has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Review Manager at the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) since February 2016, focusing on the review of residential and commercial development plans in eastern Sussex County. Previously, R. Scott Johnson worked as a Project Engineer Intern at Wohlsen Construction Company, where responsibilities included managing project documentation and communication with subcontractors during the renovation of Masonic Village and other projects. R. Scott Johnson began a professional career as a Utility Aide at Jenner's Pond Retirement Community, supporting kitchen operations. R. Scott Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015, following graduation from Avon Grove High School in 2011.
