Lindsay Ostrander Allen

Lindsay Ostrander Allen is an experienced Environmental Engineer currently working at Delaware Engineering, D.P.C. since December 2020, where responsibilities include project management, grant writing for municipalities, water and wastewater design projects, compliance with the NYS Environmental Quality Review Act and NEPA reviews, and GIS mapping using ESRI Arc Map software.
