Jerry Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy has been serving Delaware Nation Industries since 2010 and was named President and CEO in 2011. Jerry prefers the title—Team Servant! His focus is to foster a culture based on three simple tenets: 1) A culture of servanthood throughout the entire organization, 2) A culture where every employee is valued, respected and appreciated, and 3) A culture where every team member is challenged to give their best every day to achieve the goals of the customers, the partners and the team members. At DNI, monumental tasks are performed day in and day out by remembering one simple thing—the other person you are interacting with is always the most important!
