Neal Hardin

Neal Hardin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and quality management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer (Interface Management) at Delaware Nation Industries since August 2013, Neal specializes in managing interface documents for a large logistics system. Concurrently, Neal has been a self-employed ISO 9000 Consultant and Lead Auditor, focusing on ISO 9001:2015 for small companies in the Oklahoma City area since February 2002. Previously, Neal worked as a Software Engineer (Configuration Manager) at Consulting Services Inc. from November 2009 to August 2013, where responsibilities included change management for a large logistics system. Neal began a career as a Senior Systems Analyst at OAO Corporation from 1987 to 2002, leading IT tasks at Tinker Air Force Base and the FAA. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Central Oklahoma, obtained in 1968.
