Francis McLaughlin

Francis McLaughlin has extensive experience in audio and video management, currently serving as the Manager of Communication Services at Delaware Park Racetrack & Slots since October 2005, overseeing all audio and video systems, as well as Avaya telephone systems for Delaware Park and Ocean Downs. Prior to this role, Francis worked at International Sound Corporation from March 1985 to October 2005 as the Audio/Video Manager, responsible for managing the TV control room and daily racing broadcasts. Francis began the career at Wilmington Country Club as a busboy and in facilities work. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Delaware and a high school diploma from Saint Elizabeth High School.
