Helana Rodriguez

Helana Rodriguez is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in leadership and community engagement. Currently serving as an LDI Fellow at Leadership Delaware, Inc. since January 2023, Helana has held key roles at the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, including Director of The Partnership, Inc. and Manager of Marketing and Events since October 2019. Additionally, Helana is the President of Project Comfort, Inc. since December 2017 and previously worked as a Community Manager at lululemon from September 2016 to October 2019, as well as a Project Coordinator at M Shop 360 from February 2015 to September 2016. Helana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from West Virginia University.
