Eric Schweiker

Eric Schweiker is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and optimization across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Business Strategy Lead for the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center since April 2022, Eric has previously held key roles at UGI Corporation, where significant cost-saving initiatives were implemented, including a network optimization project projected to save over $3.2 million annually. Eric's career at Lockheed Martin spanned various supply chain positions, showcasing expertise in procurement, logistics, and project management, with accomplishments such as managing over $1.3 million in procurement across multiple sites and developing performance metrics for logistics. Eric holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Rider University and a B.S. in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University.
