Kelsey McElduff

Kelsey McElduff is an experienced transportation engineer currently serving as a Senior Transportation Engineer at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission since May 2019. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked as a Transportation Engineer at Maser Consulting from August 2016 to May 2019.
