Kristen Scudder

Kristen Scudder is a seasoned transportation planning professional with extensive experience in freight and aviation programs. Currently, Kristen serves as the Manager of the Freight Program at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, having progressed through various roles within the organization since September 2018. Prior to this, Kristen was a Safe Mobility Graduate Research Associate at the University of Pennsylvania and held engineering positions at ATMI Precast and Bechtel Corporation. Kristen holds a Master of City and Regional Planning with a focus on Sustainable Infrastructure and Transportation from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
