Katarzyna's experience includes team management, coordination of various departments, international growth initiatives, talent management, festival submissions, and event organization. Katarzyna has also worked in editorial roles at MM Communications, KUKBUK, and JBS EUROPE, and as a Production Manager at the University of Silesia. With a background in Creative Management in New Media and Film and TV Production, Katarzyna has a strong foundation in the industry.
