Jim Dugan

Jim Dugan serves as the Vice President of Real Estate at Delco Development since January 2006, overseeing the Acquisitions, Leasing, and Property Management Departments. Key achievements include negotiating retail leases with notable tenants such as Wawa, Verizon, and McDonald's, as well as managing significant lease renewals and billboard leases. In a prior role as Asset Manager, Jim Dugan rebuilt the Property Management department, managed a real estate portfolio of approximately 1,000,000 square feet, and facilitated critical developments, including a 90,000 square foot office building that achieved full occupancy. Additionally, Jim Dugan has been an associate at Resource Realty & Personal Property Evaluations, Inc. since 2005, and holds degrees from Rutgers University and Moorestown High School.
