Tamera Dallich

Tamera Dallich has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tamera started their career as a Graphic Design/ Web Master at Heather Hollow Designs, where they worked from 1999 to 2008. Tamera then joined Indiana University Health as a Manager of Food and Nutrition Services, where they were promoted from a Systems Analyst role. At Indiana University Health, Tamera successfully increased revenue, supervised and managed colleagues, and exceeded budgetary goals. Tamera also played a key role in implementing policies and procedures and developing menus for various departments.

After their tenure at Indiana University Health, Tamera worked as a Healthcare Account Manager at US Foods from 2013 to 2014. Tamera then joined Welch Team, Keller Williams Atlantic Partners Southside in 2015 as the Director of Sales (RevOps) | Salesforce Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for sales operations and Salesforce administration.

In 2021, Tamera worked as an Insurance Agent at Farmers Insurance before joining Delegate as a Solutions Engineer. In their current role at Delegate, they help fast-moving companies utilize go-to-market technology effectively. Tamera is a certified Salesforce Administrator and has expertise in user management, training, system integration, automation tools, and data migration.

Tamera Dallich's education history includes attending the International Coaching Academy from 2013 to 2014, where they studied Transformational Life Coaching. Tamera obtained the Indiana Resident Producer - Life, Accident & Health certification from the INSURANCE, INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF in May 2021. Tamera also earned the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in March 2021. Tamera further expanded their certifications by acquiring the HubSpot Sales Software Certification from HubSpot in October 2022. Most recently, they obtained the LeanData certification from LeanData in March 2023, as well as the Salesforce Business Analyst Certification from Salesforce in the same month and year.
