Aubrey Zapanta

Aubrey Zapanta worked as a Staff Research Associate at Guardant Health from September 2013 to February 2019 and as a Research Associate II at Verinata Health, Inc. from January 2011 to September 2013. Following this, they held the position of Research Associate at Invitae from February 2019 to August 2019. They then became an Associate Scientist at Convergent Genomics from August 2019 to May 2021, where they contributed to prenatal diagnostics development and validation studies, conducted plasma preparation from blood samples, performed DNA extraction and quantitation, prepared index libraries, analyzed libraries using BioAnalyzer, generated clusters, and conducted DNA sequencing. Aubrey currently works as a Senior Scientist in Assay Development and Tech Transfer at Delfi Diagnostics.
