Sören Wacker

Sören Wacker (PhD) is a Senior HPC Research Engineer at Delft University of Technology and the Data Science Team Lead at the University of Calgary. With experience in molecular simulations, machine learning, and data analysis, Sören has developed and implemented data pipelines for large-scale projects and has been involved in various research endeavors such as founding a start-up and contributing to machine learning competitions. Sören has also been actively involved in academia, serving as a sessional instructor for machine learning and supervising PhD students.
