Griet Allegaert

Griet Allegaert has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance - Operations at Delhaize Belgium since February 2018. Previously, Griet worked as a Quality & Product Safety Manager for operations, focusing on logistics and store operations. At Qonsultancy from February 2015 to May 2021, Griet held the position of Senior Consultant, advising food companies on implementing quality systems and optimizing operational policies. Griet's experience also includes roles as Quality Manager at Biscuiterie Jules Destrooper and Consultant at AMNorman, where assistance was provided to SMEs in navigating legislation and certification processes. From 2012 to February 2015, Griet managed operations and quality at OTM Foods, successfully integrating quality processes that achieved IFS and BRC certifications. Griet’s career began at Frozen Food Commercial, where business leadership included providing pre-cut ingredients and training for supermarket staff.
