Abhishek Raikar

Abhishek Raikar has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Abhishek currently works as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Delhivery, where they manage mid to senior level recruiting. Prior to this, they were also a Talent Acquisition Lead at 91springboard, where they handled non-tech hiring and collaborated with business partners to meet hiring needs. Abhishek has worked as an Information Technology Recruiter at Srijan Technologies and as a Campus Recruiter at Tech Mahindra. Abhishek also gained experience as a Human Resource Intern at Goa Shipyard Limited.

Abhishek Raikar completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from IIMS between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Goa University, Taleigão, graduating between 2009 and 2012.
