Kirsty Fitzpatrick

Kirsty Fitzpatrick has over six years of experience in the food industry, currently serving as Assistant NPD Manager and previously holding roles such as NPD Lead, New Product Development Technologist, and Quality Assurance Technician at DELI LITES since October 2018. Prior to this, Kirsty worked as a Technical Assistant and Quality Assurance Specialist at Finnebrogue Artisan from September 2016 to August 2017. Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Design & Nutrition from the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise - Loughry Campus, obtained in 2018.
