Rik van der Lee is an accomplished asset manager at Delin Property since December 2020, specializing in European logistics real estate across the UK, Germany, and Benelux. Previously, Rik served as a senior technical manager at Colliers International and held various roles in technical property management at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands and CBRE Nederland, where responsibilities included technical management activities, maintenance budgeting, and client relationship management. Rik’s career began as a junior technician at Jones Lang LaSalle after obtaining a degree in Construction from ROC Zadkine and furthering education in Installation Technology at Avans University. Education also includes studies at Breda University of Applied Sciences.
