Samuel Nusbaum

Samuel Nusbaum has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Samuel is currently working as a Design System Lead at Delinea since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Funky Fresh Design as a Product Designer, and at Zipi as a Product Designer where they focused on designing modules for a real estate back-office management and financial technology cloud platform.

Before joining Zipi, Samuel worked as a Presentation Designer at Grant Leisure Inc from June 2013 to May 2017. Samuel also gained experience in the real estate industry as a Real Estate Media/Marketing Specialist at Coldwell Banker in Santa Barbara County, where they implemented lead generation and drip marketing campaigns, conducted market analyses, and handled copywriting for marketing materials.

Furthermore, Samuel worked as a Luxury Real Estate Assistant/Intern at Team Scarborough, where they managed transaction management, document coordination, and marketing copywriting. Samuel also hosted open houses for brokers and the public.

Additionally, Samuel has a background in the entertainment industry, having worked as a Development & Production Intern at Dick Clark Productions, where they conducted industry research, prepared pitch decks, and worked as a production assistant for various programs and events.

Samuel Nusbaum attended El Segundo High School from 2005 to 2009. Samuel then went on to UC Santa Barbara from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film & Media Studies.
