Anna Milaeva is a seasoned professional and co-founder of FINO, an incubator focused on self-leadership that merges transformative methodologies with impactful experiences. Currently serving as a strategic advisor at deliqs, Anna integrates self-leadership principles into organizational culture to foster empowerment and sustainable growth. As an Internal Family Systems Coach, Anna utilizes deep transformational coaching and breathwork to guide clients toward personal and collective success. With a diverse background including operations advisory at Nue Life Health and a marketing leadership role at Coro Global Inc., Anna has demonstrated expertise in building teams and cultivating cultures of performance. Notably, Anna pioneered the non-profit organization Mangoes to Share, addressing hunger and environmental issues in Florida, and holds an MBA in International Business from Florida International University.
