Ingrid De Clercq

Ingrid De Clercq serves as the Chief People Officer at Deliverect since July 2022 and is the founder of Ouzia, which has been operational since August 2018, focusing on transforming organizations through creativity and innovation. With extensive experience as a keynote speaker at international conferences since 2015, Ingrid also contributes to academia as a visiting lecturer at Imperial College London, the University of Brussels, and Erasmus College in Brussels, specializing in entrepreneurial team composition. Prior roles include consulting on people practices in innovation at Congaz from 2007 to 2018, associate consulting at Galilei-Randstad from 2003 to 2007, and serving as Human Resources Manager at Planet Internet from 1997 to 2003. Ingrid holds a Graduate Certificate in Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo State University and two Bachelor’s degrees in Modern Languages and Business Administration, as well as in Education from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.
