Ofelia Ramirez Arreola

Ofelia Ramirez Arreola serves as the Customer Success Coordinator Lead EMEA at Deliverect, where responsibilities include implementing efficient processes for a new customer success department and managing a team of eight across various global offices. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Success Agent at Deliverect, Manager at TACOS MEXICAN RESTAURANT, and English and Spanish Teacher at Huiyang Country Garden Kindergarten.
