Regina Simao

Regina Simao is an experienced professional in payroll management and rewards, currently serving as the Global Head of Reward and Global Head of Payroll and Benefits at Deliverect since May 2022. Previously, Regina held the role of Global Payroll Manager at Deliveroo, overseeing global payroll operations across 17 countries. At Avis Budget Group, Regina was the Scandinavian Payroll Manager, leading a payroll and time attendance transformation project.
