Yana Konkina

Yana Konkina is a Learning & Development Partner at Deliverect since October 2022, previously serving as a Learning and Development Consultant at Vlerick Business School from March 2021 to October 2022. Yana has expertise in designing and managing customized learning journeys and has experience in account management for diverse international companies. As a Programme Facilitator, Yana coordinated learning programs and provided guidance to participants. Prior roles include serving as an English Language Teacher at Kids&Us Language School and a B2B Customer Happiness Hero at Edgard & Cooper. Yana holds a Master's degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Multilingualism and Foreign Language Acquisition from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Bachelor's degree in Romance Languages, Cultures and Translation from Tallinn University, along with an Erasmus year at Università degli Studi di Verona.
