Donna Charles

Donna M. Charles has extensive experience in operational management and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Chief Operating Officer at Delivering Good, Inc. since December 1996. Previously, Donna held the position of Development Assistant at the EastWest Institute, where responsibilities included donor database maintenance and proposal development. Early career roles included Receptionist/Secretary at Zane and Rudofsky, managing client communication and assisting legal staff, and Office Manager/Executive Assistant at Griffith’s Accounting and Tax Service, overseeing administrative functions and supporting the organization's president. Donna’s educational background includes studies in Arts and Sciences at Malick Sr. Comprehensive School and The New School for Social Research.
