Folco Maria Dominione has been working in the food and beverage industry since 2014. Starting as an Intern at Ristorante La Fenice, they then moved to Osteria al 55 as a Chef de Partie, responsible for starters and main courses. Folco Maria then went on to Il Centro Restaurant as a Demi Chef de Partie before joining START srl - Food Training Consulting as a Project Manager Assistant and Junior Project Manager. In 2019, they joined ERIN TRADE SRL as a FOOD & BEVERAGE JUNIOR MANAGER, responsible for controlling and supervising the 7 locations of the group. Currently, they are a Business Developer at Deliveristo.

Folco Maria Dominione received a Master's degree in Food and Wine Management from 24ORE Business School between 2016 and 2017. From 2014 to 2015, they received an Attestato di Cuoco Professionista di Cucina Italiana from ALMA - La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, and in 2014 they completed a Corso Base di cucina italiana at the same institution.
