Folco Maria Dominione has been working in the food and beverage industry since 2014. Starting as an Intern at Ristorante La Fenice, they then moved to Osteria al 55 as a Chef de Partie, responsible for starters and main courses. Folco Maria then went on to Il Centro Restaurant as a Demi Chef de Partie before joining START srl - Food Training Consulting as a Project Manager Assistant and Junior Project Manager. In 2019, they joined ERIN TRADE SRL as a FOOD & BEVERAGE JUNIOR MANAGER, responsible for controlling and supervising the 7 locations of the group.
