Saikrishna Desaraju has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership, currently serving as a Stem Ambassador for STEM Learning UK and a Mentor for Plato, where focus is on nurturing engineering leaders. Previously, Saikrishna held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Marks and Spencer, overseeing multiple cross-functional product squads with a £7M budget. Prior to that, Saikrishna was a Software Development Manager at Bromcom Computers Plc, managing significant teams and budgets while contributing as a Solutions Architect and Technical Lead. Saikrishna's career began as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, with an academic background in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
