Adarsh Shah

Adarsh Shah is an experienced professional in health equity policy and program evaluation, currently serving as a Delivery Leader at Delivery Associates since August 2023. Previously, Adarsh held the role of Associate at Camber Collective, focusing on operating model strategy and investment planning for the Gates Foundation's regional offices in Africa and India. As a Health Equity Policy Consultant for the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Adarsh generated policy recommendations to address racial and insurance payer segregation in New York City hospitals, receiving the Susan C award for this work. Additional experience includes a Mayoral Fellowship with the City of Chicago, where contributions were made to the city's racial equity plan and service delivery improvements for underserved communities. Earlier roles at Partners In Health included Senior MEQ Analyst and Community Organizer, complemented by a background in acting and public health internships. Adarsh holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Acting and Political Science from Northwestern University.
