Kelly Salerno (Young)

Kelly (Young) Salerno, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Senior People Business Partner at Delivery Associates, providing HR expertise to a global team of 140 employees across various countries. Previously, Kelly held several HR leadership roles at Teach For America, including Director of Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included advising senior leadership on employee relations and managing HR processes for over 300 employees. Kelly's early career featured diverse experiences in program management and education, with significant contributions to refugee education initiatives and tutoring programs in both Lebanon and Kenya. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Sociology from SUNY Geneseo, a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Michigan, and completed a Project Management course at Medaille University.
