Lakshman Nirthanakumaran

Lakshman Nirthanakumaran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as a Project Leader at Delivery Associates since January 2022, Lakshman focuses on public sector reform and capacity building in Deliverology. As a Delivery Leader and Founding Director at ACE HSC Specialist Tuition since September 2010, Lakshman has dedicated efforts to provide high-quality education across Sydney. Lakshman also held the position of Program Manager for Quality Teaching Practice at the NSW Department of Education from May 2020 to January 2022, where initiatives aimed at enhancing teaching quality were implemented. Previously, Lakshman has worked as a Management Consultant at Port Jackson Partners and served as a Senior Resident Medical Officer in various health districts during critical times, including the COVID pandemic. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from UNSW and a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School.
