Marcelo Cabral S. Milanello

Marcelo Cabral S. Milanello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public policy and project leadership. Currently serving as a Project Leader at Delivery Associates since July 2022, Marcelo is also a Board Member at both Serenas and Instituto Four. Prior experience includes roles as a Public Policy Specialist for the Governo Federal and the Ministério da Economia, as well as Executive Secretary at Consórcio Conectar. Marcelo has held significant positions in education evaluation and coordination at the Sao Paulo State Government and the Prefeitura Municipal de São Paulo, focusing on child and youth policies. Marcelo holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
