R. Novel Marshal has been a Senior Software Engineer since 2021 at Delivery Solutions. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Your Travel Booking, where they worked extensively on the Flight Module, Server Side Rendering of JSON and HTML pages, Integrating the results in Search, Advanced Search, Filters UI Components, Booking Forms in UI, and developing business logic in the UI and Integrating ancillaries, flight seat mapping and seat selections. R. Novel also developed Business Logic in the UI for Flight Change after booking, Flight Cancellation and Ticket Refund, Auto-Assignment and Reassignment of Infant Passengers, Partial Cancellation and Partial Refund, SEO optimization and improving the page load of applications, Pre-rendering initial load pages, Writing build scripts for Continuous Integration in Jenkins, Nginx configuration and optimizing the web server load, and Print Vouchers and PDF generation of Confirmed Ticket Bookings. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Supreme Netsoft Pvt Ltd, where they worked on Dynamic Routing and mapping staff roles and responsibilities, Changing Roles Dynamically without logging out of the application, and Dynamically changing the roles functionaries in the UI. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer at TechO2 LLC.

R. Novel Marshal has an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from The Institution of Electronics and telecomm Engineers, New Delhi, which they are still pursuing. Prior to that, they attended Our Lady of Nazareth High School.
