Daryl Richter

Daryl is a dynamic, technology/engineering, team leader and an expert in relational databases and object-oriented software design.

He was a founder of Power Team, an early entrant into the newly deregulated power trading markets in the early 90’s, which, through eventual acquisition, became Exelon Power Team today.

He went on become one of the first 10 employees at several companies primarily in the energy sector and financial services. The most successful of which is HedgeServ, where he was the 8th employee. HedgeServ is now one of the world leaders in hedge fund administration, employs over 1300 people, and has more that $350 billion in assets under management. Daryl was most recently the Director of East Retail IT for NRG Energy where he oversaw a 26-person department with a $2.5 million+ budget.
