Juan Valencia is a seasoned professional in network operations and customer success with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Network Operations for Region Americas at Dell Technologies, Juan has previously held key leadership roles such as VP of Customer Success at Sandvine and Sr. VP of Business Development & Projects at MobileComm Professionals, Inc. At Ericsson, Juan's responsibilities included Vice-President of Operations for Indoor Small Cells & DAS, COO for Managed Services, and VP of Operations focusing on Profit Improvement & Organizational Development. Juan Valencia has further enhanced expertise through education at the Six Sigma Global Institute and ongoing studies with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
