Suvesan Vellaichamy

Suvesan Vellaichamy is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Global Technical Support Services/SRE for Dell Telecom Solutions since September 2021. Prior to this role, Suvesan held various positions at Ericsson from April 2001 to September 2021, including Solutions Director and Delivery Manager/Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed IT service operations, security, network management, and customer engagement with a focus on service level agreements. An initial career as a Senior Software Engineer involved tackling complex technical issues and supporting various departments, including sales and product management. Suvesan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur.
