Selly Risamasu is a Human Resources Generalist at Delman Data Lab, a company specializing in data management solutions, since June 2020. Previously, Selly held various roles in people operations, including positions at Hipe Indonesia and Proofn Indonesia, focusing on enhancing workplace culture and operational efficiency. Selly has also contributed as a freelance Psychology Tester at PT Care Indonesia Solution and as a project intern at GOJEK. Selly's career began as a project volunteer at PT. Nolkesatu Hita Aksata. Selly holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung.
