Robert Howard

Robert Howard has extensive work experience in counseling and placement. Robert started their career in 1980 as a School Counselor at Dorchester Public Schools and held this role until June 2013. In 2013, they joined Delmarva Community Services, Inc. as a Counseling & Placement Specialist/Assistant Manager at Delmarva Works, where they are currently employed.

Robert Howard attended Salisbury State College from 1976 to 1983, where they obtained both a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in Education. Their field of study focused on School Counseling and Social Work.
