Nicholas Tan is an experienced design professional with a strong background in leading design initiatives across various organizations. Notable roles include Senior Designer at Deloitte Digital, Design Director at frog, and Senior Manager of Experience Design at Capgemini. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Deputy Head of Design at Idean Southeast Asia & Hong Kong and Lead Product and UX Designer in the Consumer Banking Group at DBS Bank.
