Claude Boulanger

Claude Boulanger currently serves as CIO and Lead of Technology Transformation in the IT Department at Deloitte since March 2023. Prior to this role, Boulanger accumulated significant experience at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) from September 2007 to March 2023, where positions included Head of CTO Service Management within the Transformation Office and other leadership roles focused on account management, service management, process architecture, and client servicing. Earlier in the career, Boulanger worked as Sourcing Manager and IT Manager, as well as Systems Sales Team Leader at Telindus Belgacom ICT from 2001 to 2007. Education was attained at ESTA, culminating in a Certificat en Ingenierie Commerciale in Commerce, Technologie & Marketing from 1992 to 1996.
