Heiko Dorenwendt

Heiko Dorenwendt is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in Human Capital and Corporate Transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, since 2010. Previously, Heiko served as an Adjunct Faculty and Guest Lecturer at various Chicago universities from 2003 to 2010, focusing on compensation, talent management, and benefits. From 1998 to 2009, Heiko worked as a Manager and Senior Consultant at Hewitt Associates, leading HR and enterprise transformations along with mergers and acquisitions projects. Heiko holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and attended the University of Hamburg from 1993 to 1997.
