Luis Hakim boasts extensive experience in supply chain management, product development, and research, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Supply Chain & Network Operations Chief People Officer at Deloitte since June 2010, Luis oversees talent strategy and operations within the consulting practice. Prior roles at Deloitte include Principal, Senior Manager, and Manager in Strategy & Operations. Before rejoining Deloitte, Luis worked as a Global Product Manager at Applied Materials, shaping next-generation semiconductor manufacturing products. Earlier experience includes a role as Process Development Engineer at Novellus Systems and a Graduate Researcher position at the University of Colorado, culminating in a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
