Nick Scales

Nick Scales is a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where since August 2014, Nick has led the Digital Banking practice focused on designing and building digital banks for US regional and community banks, as well as large multinationals. With extensive experience in digital strategy, experience design, and platform implementation, Nick drives large-scale transformations in the banking sector. Prior to Deloitte, Nick worked at Guy Carpenter in 2012 as a Manager and Analyst in Actuarial Analytics. Nick holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Warwick. Nick's academic foundation also includes studies at Trinity School of John Whitgift.
