Kelsey Hagan

Kelsey Hagan is an experienced Benefits Manager with a robust background in designing and implementing global benefits and wellness programs across diverse regions including North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Currently serving at Delphix since September 2023, Kelsey manages global benefit programs and broker relationships while focusing on annual benefits renewal and open enrollment. Previous roles include Benefits Manager at Wish, where Kelsey led comprehensive benefit initiatives, and Outreach, where Kelsey specialized in health and welfare benefits. Kelsey has also held significant responsibilities at Leafly and Privateer Holdings as the sole benefits leader, coordinating wellness and compliance for over 1,200 employees. Kelsey began the career in HR coordination and technical recruiting, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from the University of Washington.
